Sieves and Filter Measurements in the Filtration and Screen Printing Industries
Used with dedicated ‘MESHCheck’ software, the Schneider Messtechnik WM1 microscope is used for semi or fully automatic measurement of sieves and filters. The system can be used for visual inspection of flaws in addition to measurement of diameters, angularity and evaluation of wire and mesh openings in warp and weft direction. Full evaluation and reporting is available within the software.
